Nativity Catholic School is excited to welcome our new principal, Mrs. Mary Beth Keiser! Mrs. Keiser officially began on July 1, 2023. Below is a letter of welcome and introduction.
Hello Nativity Community,
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am excited and honored to be the new principal of Nativity Catholic School.
I have been a teacher and an Assistant Principal in the Archdiocese of Indianapolis for the past 31 years. My last experience was the Assistant Principal at Saint Matthew School for six years. I enjoyed my time at Saint Matthew and cannot wait for my new adventure as principal at Nativity.
I completed my bachelor’s degree at Indiana University, Bloomington and my master’s degree with a principal licence at Indiana Wesleyan. My husband, Mike, and I along with our daughter live on the Northside of Indianapolis. Our daughter attends Marquette University and will be a sophomore. We also have a black Labrador, Abbie, that we consider a part of our family as well. I have lived in Indianapolis all my life and went to Immaculate Heart of Mary and Bishop Chatard as a child.
I would like to thank Fr. Eric and the Nativity principal search committee for giving me the opportunity to serve such a well-established, respected school and church community. I look forward to meeting each of you as the year begins and am eager for this upcoming school year!
Sincerely,
Mary Beth Keiser
