Thank you for choosing to enroll your child(ren) at Nativity Catholic School for the 2024 - 2025 school year. For re-enrollment, families have two options. For both options, payment must be made in full for the application to be processed.
Option 2: Paper Enrollment & Cash or Check Payment Complete a paper re-enrollment application and pay the registration fee with cash or check. Return form and payment to the school business office.
Payment must be made at time of enrollment. Applications submitted without payment will not be processed.
