Girl Scouts offer opportunities for girls of all ages to develop friendships while having fun and new experiences such as the following:
- health & fitness (sports, dance, first aid, heathy cooking)
- arts (music, writing, theater, drawing)
- outdoors (camping, archery, horseback riding)
- STEM skills (computer technology, sciences)
While promoting positive values and teaching practical life skills, Girl Scouts empower girls to make a difference in their local parish, school & community.
Nativity offers the following levels of participation:
Daisies - Kindergarten & 1st Grade
Brownies - 2nd & 3rd Grade
Juniors - 4th & 5th Grade
Cadettes - 6th, 7th & 8th Grade
Seniors - High School (referred to township troop)
(Home-schooled students are welcome to join us too!)
Troops usually meet once a month and schedule outside activities as opportunities are available. Volunteer troop leaders & parents/adults are always needed to provide services for all grade levels.
