Please use the form on the right side to register for the 2023-24 school year.  

• Week of January 30th – Registration is open to currently enrolled families. The PreK registration fee is collected separately from the K-8 family registration fee.
   
• Week of February 6th – Registration is open to Nativity Parishioners
   
• Week of February 13th – Open registration for Non-Parishioners
   

To re-enroll your children (grades K-8), please either print and complete the paper form by clicking here or complete the online registration. From January 30th to February 28th, current school families will have an early bird discount enrollment fee of $125.00  per family. Beginning March 1st, the registration fee will be $150.00.  Registrations can be submitted to the school office or online. The cost of online registration is $130.00 until February 28th and $155.00  beginning March 1st. Registration fees are non-refundable.
 
All families are required to sign up for FACTS. The new link for the 2023 FACTS enrollment will be on the school website as soon as it becomes available.  Daniel Dixon and Diane Lee will input the tuition amount.  Questions?  Please contact Daniel Dixon (317-357-1200) or Diane Lee (317-357-1459). 

Nativity Catholic School prides itself on having teachers who are professional, knowledgeable, and caring individuals who focus on meeting the needs of each individual child.  Each year, the faculty of the school spends numerous hours and uses all resources available, including student learning styles, interpersonal relationships, social dynamics, role modeling, and balance of gender, to determine the mix of students in a class that will allow the highest rate of success for all.

Because we are confident of this process and the wisdom of our teaching staff, we believe that requests for specific teachers and/or classmates would potentially create imbalances that would adversely affect the educational environment.  Thank you for understanding and allowing the staff at Nativity Catholic School to provide the best educational setting available for your child!

There are priorities listed in our school admissions policy giving enrollment priority to currently enrolled families.  Current school families should return this form no later than Friday, February 3rd to guarantee enrollment for next year.
