We are so happy to have you as part of our Nativity family!  Please complete the form below to register your child for one of our Preschool programs.

• Monday, January 30th - Registration is open to current Nativity School families

• Monday, February 6th - Registration open to Nativity Parishioners

• Monday, February 13th - Registration open to Non-Parishioners

• Children who will be 4 years old on or before August 1, 2023, will be enrolled in our four-year-old program and those turning 3 years old on or before August 1, 2023, will be enrolled in our three-year-old program. 

 
From January 30th to February 28th, current school families will have an early bird discount enrollment fee of $125.00 per family. Registrations can be submitted to the school office or online. The cost of online registration is $130 by February 28th.  Beginning March 1st, the registration fee is $150..00 (or $155.00 if you register online). Registration fees are non-refundable.

All families are required to sign up for FACTS. The new link for the 2023 FACTS enrollment will be on the school website as soon as it becomes available. 3-year-old Program - T/TH 8:15 am -11:00 am              
4-year-old 3-day Program - M/W/F 8:15 am -11:00 am
4-year-old 5-day Program - M/T/W/TH/F  12:15pm - 3:00pm
 
There are priorities listed in our school admissions policy giving enrollment priority to currently enrolled families.  Current school families should return this form no later than Friday, February 3, 2023, to guarantee enrollment for next year.
